Did The Watchtower Society Agree With The German Government When Hitler Was In Power?

http://www.bible.ca/jw-hitler.htm#declaration1933 This is the Declaration of Facts that Jehovah's Witnesses today wish never existed, and that they also pretend does not exist. When we know that Jehovah's Witnesses are represented in the Holocaust Museum, together with the Jews, and we can surely wonder why the Jews do not protest most strongly by being presented together with Jehovah's Witnesses as "victims" since the Declaration of Facts clearly shows that the Witnesses sympathized with Hitler and blamed the Jewish people for the ills in the world.

Have you read the "Declaration Of Facts" that was presented during a convention in Germany.

You know...I read some of this stuff and get good information. Other stuff is from people who want to be a Jehovah's Witness, but want to bring all their "stuff" into it.

Sorta like a person who wants to be a U.S. Marine, but is a communist, or a Fascist, and can't understand why he cannot be a Marine, and denounces leadership because they are not perfect soldiers.

I am sure reasons are infinite, so I am not trying to paint with a "broad brush".

Everyone is borderline incompetent and hypocrites...you...me...everybody.

I, personally, have never met an exception. Not even when I shave.

I see nothing wrong with the "schmooze" letter to the German authorities, as if you can get out of being imprisoned, restricted, or killed, by being diplomatic, polite, and pointing out some reasons why that might be a good idea...more power to it.

The Germans built Autobahns, made the train system run on time, emphasized physical strength, and many other effective things.

Does that mean everyone who agrees that the Autobahn Highway System, and trains running on time is a Nazi? Only in bizarro world thinking.

If I could schmooze a Nazi into not bayoneting me or making me a slave, I would sure do it ... but I would pay any price not to become involved in that evil, through allegiance, or support, such as, say, sewing buttons on Nazi uniforms as a concentration camp prisoner.

Many Jehovah's Witnesses starved to death or were executed for not doing such simple things as that, and that deserves our admiration....not censure.

Mostly the elders caved in, not the rank-and-file everyday Jehovah's Witnesses. Reason? They became management. (Ever read Dilbert?)

This is from
Die Geschite des Konzentrationslgers Mauthausen

in english
History of Mauthausen Concentration Camp, documented by Hans Marsalek, Vienna Austria 1974

"There existed a group of People in Mauthausen Concentration Camp who were persecuted on religious grounds ONLY: Members of the sect Earnest Bible Students, or Witnesses of Jehovah....Their rejection of the LOYALTY OATH to Hitler and their REFUSAL TO RENDER ANY KIND OF MILITARY SERVICE.
-a political consequence of their BELIEF-were the reason for their persecution.

Apostate you are really out of your mind, your heart is really wicked.
I guess you are waiting for your destruction, you don't want to repent to return to Jehovah your madness will bring you to destruction

Good luck

I don't see a problem with it.

Interesting that the defenders of this disgusting religion insist on visiting apostate sites, such as this, AGAINST the wishes of the said religion, making long and pointless posts - they're only fooling themselves.

I hope the owner of this blog never stops exposing this religion for the mindless cult that it is. You're doing a fantastic job, and there must be lots more people like myself who appreciate your efforts.

tom rook, as a witness we are taught never to compromise, even unto death. We are to put our trust in Jehovah and wait on him for our salvation. The Watchtower leaders did not wait on Jehovah. They instead took the side of the enemy.
defender, you keep saying that you are never coming back here, yet you are still around. That's okay, though. I know the TRUTH is hard to stay away from. Anyway, the rank and file Jehovah's Witnesses are not the guilty ones. It is the Watchtower leaders who have blood on their hands.

S said...

Manfred, the WT leaders, as you put it, did not compromise.

They did not take the side of Germany or others. They merely stated the fact that we did not fight against Germany in WWI. But we did not fight against the US or or fight for Germany either.

There was no compromise there, they just stated that there is no reason for Hitler to be against the Witnesses because we are not a threat to them. They, like the US, misinterpret the literature as being against them, when it was not; it is the kingdom that is against the governments.

Manfred Oetger....

It seems that you have taken the comments of two separate posters, and attributed someone else's words to me. I never said I would never come back here, as this is an open forum...not a "sit down to dinner" with an apostate.....no different than if I was hosting a radio program and half the people that listened were Witnesses, and half the people were apostates.

Jesus was a Jew, and he "preached" to apostate Jews in open forum...the arena of ideas.

There is a difference between fighting Lions in an arena, (which is fun if you always win), and getting naked with an apostate.

As long as this open forum is fair to what I say, I will continue to post here as the mood strikes me.

I do not believe in compromise at all ....but I also do not believe , in a fight, "leaning into the punch".

The best place to be when evil fixes bayonets ... is somewhere else.

You need to watch some James Garner "Maverick" episodes to get the flavor of what I am trying to say.

JW's must have some serious time management skills. Between spending all your time bothering people at their homes, attending meetings, ruining peoples lives and "studying" the bible you still find time to post on these sites. Are you turning in the hours on your time sheet?

Are there classes you take?

Cult 101
Stop Thinking For Yourself 202
Time Management 201
Instill Fear 303
Shunning 201

Don't you have another family to ruin?

Matthew:

Yes, I am reporting time for being on here. Deal with it. Get a life.

As far as thinking for one's self goes, why are you simply copying what other apostates have written?

Why is it that apostates have not had an original thought though they claim to think for themselves?

Unknown said...

You seem angry Ronde. Can't say that I blame you. Seeing your "religion" being torn apart and there is nothing you can say or do to prevent that you are living the life of a lie.

Apostate! Love your big bad fear & control word.

One day you will wake up like the other 66% of people who leave the cult every year and realize how wrong you have been. Hopefully you haven't hurt that many people in your path of destruction.

Oh, and by the way...the Watchtower and Awake clearly state that you CANNOT think for yourself. I can tell you have been following their silly little rules. What a good little minion you are, well except for posting where your not supposed to be posting. You obviously were not paying attention at this years DC.

Take care, Matt

Matthew.

I am not angry at our religion, but I am at your stupidity.

Why would we worry about people leaving? They don't love Jehovah. Thus people who do not love Jehovah God, like yourself, left the congregation. That is great.

"the Watchtower and Awake clearly state that you CANNOT think for yourself."

So what of it? I have yet to see an original thought from you and the other opposers. To prove that, why do you keep saying that I follow the Watchtower??? The answer is that you can not think for yourselves.

Unknown said...

Please explain to me why you consider me stupid? I honestly would love to know the answer.

You don't have to be a Jehovah's Witness to love Jehovah. If this is incorrect, please explain.

Take care, Matt

This is why you are stupid:
"What a good little minion you are, well except for posting where your not supposed to be posting. You obviously were not paying attention at this years DC."

If you think that you know what is taught at the DC and what JWs are supposed to do? Then why don't you do it? Why do you focus on us and what we do, when you should be focusing on yourself?

Yes, one does have to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses to love Jehovah. Those not dedicated to Jehovah through Jesus, love themselves more.

"Yes, one does have to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses to love Jehovah. Those not dedicated to Jehovah through Jesus, love themselves more."

That is quite the caned statement! Well done.

You still haven't explained why you have to be a Jehovah's Witness to love Jehovah.

Spell it out for me. I must have missed it in the Bible or perhaps a personal note from Jehovah himself saying the you have to be a Jehovah's Witness in order to love him. Clue me in please.

Thanks, Matt

Matthew:
"You still haven't explained why you have to be a Jehovah's Witness to love Jehovah."

You have it backwards, that is why you don't understand.

When one loves Jehovah one would show it as 1 John 5:3 says "For this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments;".

Oh, there goes that commandment word. Well, that is what the Bible, including KJV says.

So to love God, one has to observe his commandments. No argument there.

But you have a problem with commandments. But you ignore the next clause "and yet his commandments are not burdensome".

When one observes God's commandments one does vs 4 "because everything that has been born from God conquers the world. "

and then vs 5 "Who is the one that conquers the world but he who has faith that Jesus is the Son of God?"

So to love God one has to observe his commandments and then have faith that Jesus is the son of God.
That is what defines Jehovah's Witnesses and no other religion.

Unknown said...

I understand perfectly fine, but you are still not answering the question.

Let me try it this way:

1. "So to love God one has to observe his commandments and then have faith that Jesus is the son of God." According to your statement, can someone have a proper relationship with God without being a Jehovah's Witness?

Do JW's follow ALL of God's commandments?

S said...

Matthew:

"Do JW's follow ALL of God's commandments?"

We are not required to because the blood of Jesus covers over any such mistakes, failings and/or even intentional sins.

That is why this blog is so wrong.
He points out those such mistakes that the writers at the Watchtower Society made, but we realize that the blood of Jesus covers them. His, and your, stating that those mistakes prove that the religion is bad and wrong, really diminishes the value of the blood of Jesus.

Matthew:

Ronde,
Aren't you only suppose to report time when you are actually PREACHING the GOOD NEWS of GOD's KINGDOM using the Bible and Watchtower publications? You shouldn't be keeping time for having this association with "apostates", you are fellowshipping with "apostates"!!!
Funny.

Good points Matthew. Ronde never gets the point, always avoids it.

Wow, you certainly are good at not answering questions. Typical JW. You have a lot to say, but very little is true and/or relevant.

Just want to clarify again. Are you saying that the Jehovah's Witnesses are the self-appointed organization of God?

S said...

Kimmy Jo.

I am not fellowshipping with apostates because this is not fellowship.

And I don't know that you are apostates.

And I stated that to Matthew because he, like you, needs to get a life.

S said...

Matthew: you said "Wow, you certainly are good at not answering questions. Typical JW. You have a lot to say, but very little is true and/or relevant."

None of that makes any sense.

"Just want to clarify again. Are you saying that the Jehovah's Witnesses are the self-appointed organization of God?"

We are not self-appointed.

Let me explain.

There are 7 million Witnesses of Jehovah serving him. We are one congregation. We are the only ones serving Jehovah God that way.

Thus we are Jehovah's congregation.

Unknown said...

Ronde, you my friend are the one that does not have control over your life. What a waste. Open your eyes and truly see for the first time.

Helping those like you is worth the time.

Unknown said...

Actually, there are a number churches serving Jehovah more appropriately then the Jehovah's Witnesses. There are plenty of churches that behave more Christian like as well.

They just don't have your arrogance.

By the way, it is safe to say that you serve the organization more so than Jehovah himself.
